The following information comprises the OnlineClassPro Contract of Service. Kindly review this document before engaging with our services. Your knowledge and understanding of the terms laid out on this webpage is important to the success of our partnership throughout your academic journey. 

I. Conditions of Use
All services offered by OnlineClassPro are subject to the terms and conditions specified on this webpage. All purchases made on this website and in any platform officially used by the company shall abide by these terms and conditions. It is presumed that the client agrees with these terms and conditions.

II. Privacy Policy
OnlineClassPro treats all written and oral information and material under this agreement as Confidential Information.
OnlineClassPro promises in its highest diligence to safe-keep any Confidential Information it obtains from the client. The company will never disclose, divulge, reveal, report, or use in any form and any purpose all information from the client except with the written/electronic authorization or as required by the law.  The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the Term and will survive indefinitely upon termination of the service. 

III. Intellectual Property
All products made from the transaction with OnlineClassPro are intellectual property and shall be considered a “work made for hire”. All outputs are placed under the sole property of the client and in no instance shall the use be restricted in any manner. This ensures that all works and outputs made by OnlineClassPro meet the company’s standards and are consistent with the company’s required originality. No outputs or any materials are reused or recycled. 
OnlineClassPro reserves no right to the Intellectual Property except for the terms and conditions that are made clear in this webpage. The company shall take full responsibility for any and all damages resulting from the unauthorized use of the Intellectual Property. 

IV. Money Back Guarantee 
OnlineClassPro guarantees a grade output of A/B letter grade and/or 80% to 100% following the international standard. The guarantee shall apply to all services offered by the company.
OnlineClassPro agrees to return 50% of the total amount paid by the Client in an event when the grade guarantee is not met. This includes a condition when there is no justifiable cause the company could provide in relation to the grade output. 
The clause shall only take effect when the Final Grade for an activity (Individual or Urgent orders) or a course (Full and Takeover courses) is made available and may no longer be subjected for reconsideration by any person-in-charge. 
If no grade is made possible yet, it should be the client’s responsibility to follow up the grade with his/her professor, instructor, or any person-in-charge. 
The Client may submit an appeal within thirty (30) days starting from the date the last task was submitted/done. OnlineClassPro reserves the right to reject an appeal beyond the thirty (30) day timeframe. 

V. Assignment
OnlineClassPro will not voluntarily, or by operation of law, assign or otherwise transfer its obligation under this Agreement without the prior written/electronic consent of the Client.

VI. Communications
All communications will take place electronically or through our website and our official business email. OnlineClassPro will never communicate through any platform other than website and email. 
OnlineClassPro chooses platforms that are deemed safe and secured for the interest of both parties. The client also agrees that all notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications the company provides shall meet the legal requirements. 

VII. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
OnlineClassPro will provide a Contract of Service document that shall govern all rules and important clauses of the service/s purchased.
